cancellation & Refund policy
To cancel a registration, you must send an email to shane.orr82@gmail.com with the participant name. Your registration is not cancelled until you receive an emailed confirmation from Reach Volleyball Camp stating that the cancellation has been processed. If the session you have registered for is cancelled by Reach Volleyball Camp, a full refund will be given. Reach Volleyball Camp or Magrath High School cannot be held responsible for any change or cancellation charges required by airlines, travel agencies, or other institutions. Only a participant’s parent(s) or legal guardian(s) have authority to request a refund. Full refunds, minus a $25 non-refundable portion of camp tuition, will be given on all cancellations requested 30 days or less before the first day of the registered session. No refunds will be given on any cancellations that occur 14 days before the first day of camp.
